- Health & Medical Data: Past medical history, current symptoms, allergies, ongoing medications, vital signs, lab reports, and your Ayurvedic Prakriti assessment results.
- Technical & Usage Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, and platform interaction logs to ensure platform security and optimization.
- Financial Data: While we process payments, all credit card/bank details are handled directly by secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay). We only store payment confirmation IDs and receipt details.

Your data is strictly utilized for the following purposes:
- To facilitate and deliver high-quality tele-consultations.
- To share necessary medical history exclusively with the specific practitioners you book appointments with.
- To generate legally compliant digital prescriptions and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- To send transactional communications (e.g., appointment reminders, OTPs, receipts).
- To improve platform security and investigate fraudulent activities.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We NEVER sell, rent, or lease your personal or medical data to third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers. Data is only shared under the following circumstances:
- With Healthcare Providers: Your assigned doctors receive access to your clinical notes solely for diagnosis and treatment.
- With Service Providers: Trusted third-party cloud hosts, email dispatchers, and SMS gateways bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal Requirements: If compelled by law enforcement, court orders, or government regulations, we may disclose necessary data.
5. Data Security
We utilize bank-level, industry-standard encryption protocols (TLS/SSL) for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access to medical databases is heavily restricted through strict IAM (Identity and Access Management) protocols and multi-factor authentication.
