• Financial Data: While we process payments, all credit card/bank details are handled directly by secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay). We only store payment confirmation IDs and receipt details.

• To facilitate and deliver high-quality tele-consultations.
• To share necessary medical history exclusively with the specific practitioners you book appointments with.
• To generate legally compliant digital prescriptions and Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

• To improve platform security and investigate fraudulent activities.

We NEVER sell, rent, or lease your personal or medical data to third-party marketers, advertisers, or data brokers. Data is only shared under the following circumstances:

• With Healthcare Providers: Your assigned doctors receive access to your clinical notes solely for diagnosis and treatment.
• With Service Providers: Trusted third-party cloud hosts, email dispatchers, and SMS gateways bound by strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: If compelled by law enforcement, court orders, or government regulations, we may disclose necessary data.
