1. Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to Pulse and Prakriti. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our telemedicine platform, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By registering an account, booking a consultation, or otherwise accessing our platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. Nature of the Services

Pulse and Prakriti is a technology platform that facilitates integrative healthcare consultations by connecting patients with certified independent medical professionals and Ayurvedic practitioners.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Accuracy of Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete health and personal information. Providing false medical history can severely impact the quality and safety of the advice provided by practitioners.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Pulse and Prakriti is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your account.
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Consultations for minors must be booked and supervised by a legal guardian.

4. Practitioner Relationship and Prescriptions

The practitioners operating on Pulse and Prakriti are independent contractors, not employees of Pulse and Prakriti. While we rigorously verify their credentials, the doctor-patient relationship is solely between you and the consulting practitioner.

Prescriptions are issued at the sole professional discretion of the practitioner based on the telemedicine guidelines of India. There is no guarantee that a consultation will result in a prescription.

5. Payments, Fees, and Taxes

All fees for consultations and services are clearly displayed on the platform prior to booking. You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. We utilize secure third-party gateways (e.g., Razorpay) to process payments. Pulse and Prakriti does not store your credit card or banking details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and software on this platform are the intellectual property of Pulse and Prakriti or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse and Prakriti, its founders, and employees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform, including but not delays in treatment, misdiagnosis by an independent practitioner, or technical failures.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pulse and Prakriti harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
